Cognitive Assessment to evaluate an individual’s cognitive abilities, including memory, attention, problem-solving, and processing speed, to better understand cognitive strengths and challenges.
ADHD Assessment to assess attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, using a combination of self-reports, behavioural evaluations, and clinical observations, in order to determine the presence of ADHD and guide appropriate treatment options.
ASD Assessment to evaluate the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), focusing on social communication, repetitive behaviours, and sensory sensitivities, using diagnostic tools and observational assessments to provide a comprehensive understanding of the individual’s developmental profile and needs.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
EAP Assessments to provide employees with confidential support for personal, work-related, or mental health concerns. These assessments help identify issues such as stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or emotional well-being, and offer guidance on resources, coping strategies, and support options to enhance workplace performance and personal resilience.
*Unfortunately, due to limited availability, our services are only available to individuals over the age of sixteen years at the present time. As Direct Psychology grows, we hope to provide services to children, teenagers, couples, and families, in the future.
